Dala auto parts offer a suite of Services (“Dala Services”) to enable your e-commerce experience in the Caribbean Islands and Africa They include our Website, Purchasing services, Shipping and Delivery of orders and shipments to your destination either through (1) an all-inclusive price via Dala auto parts(“the Site”) to your country, or (2) an address in Miami, Florida, U.S.A (“Miami Address”) where then you can utilise your preferred service provider. Dala auto parts offer a superior customer experience.
ACCESSING, BROWSING OR OTHERWISE USING DALA AUTO PARTS SERVICES INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS AGREEMENT, SO PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY.
MY ACCOUNT
Suppose you use any Dala auto parts Services. In that case, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Dala auto parts don’t sell products to children but to adults who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you (“Customer”) are underage, you may use Dala auto parts Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and all Shipments must arrive in the name of an adult person. Dala auto parts do not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation or the age of anyone over the age of majority.
COMMUNICATION
COMPLIANCE
Dala auto parts comply with all applicable laws to provide Dala Auto Parts Services in the United States and destination countries. To enable that compliance, you agree to provide Dala auto parts with accurate and legal information with respect to your Name, Address, telephone numbers, email, and payment information as applicable. You, the Customer, also agree to:
- Complete the United States Post Office Form 1583
- Provide two (2) forms of identification including one (1) picture identification.
- Authorise Dala auto parts to search and inspect any and all shipments, packages and cargo
- Allow the United States Customs Border Patrol to inspect shipments and seize items banned for export from the United States.
- Accept that Dala auto parts abide by all United States safety regulations in the processing and preparation of material for transportation by air, including the transportation of Dangerous Goods, possibly incurring additional costs.
- Not ship restricted or banned items as found here. The list is determined by both United States export restrictions and regulations, and the destination country’s import restrictions and regulations.
- Secure and pay any additional permissions or permits required by legislation to import particular items, as required by the destination country’s local laws.
- Properly declare product value using the purchase invoice amount and accurately describe your shipment’s contents for the proper levying of Duties & Taxes.
DALAAUTOPARTS.COM ORDER PROCESSING
When purchasing through dalaautoparts.com, you directly contract Dala auto parts Services through Dala auto parts LLC, an entity legally constituted under the laws of the United States of America. Dalaautoparts.com purchases (“Orders”) are intermediary transactions, and Dala auto parts are not the item’s seller.
Dala auto parts reserve the right to cancel any Order at their sole discretion. Any cancelled Order is refunded via the payment option used for the Order, or in some Dala auto parts countries by local payment. Order cancellations will be notified via email or phone call.
Dalaautoparts.com places limits and restrictions on certain kinds of Orders. Items on the Restricted Items list cannot be ordered. Certain websites also cannot receive Orders. The list of websites is subject to change at the sole discretion of Dala auto parts. Dalaautoparts.com cannot finalize Orders subsidized by another entity, or require a subscription to receive the posted price.
Quoted Order Pricing is valid for 48 hours only. After the 48-hour window, Orders must be re-quoted to be valid for purchase. It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to specify all physical and technical characteristics of the items requested as sales agents will quote according to instructions.
Dalaautoparts.com reserve the right, with or without prior notice to do one or more of the following: (1) discontinue or limit the availability of any product or service, (2) set guidelines for compliance with any coupon, code, or promotional code or similar promotions, (3) prevent users from making or completing any and all transactions, (4) refuse to provide a product or service to any user, and (5) if Dalaautoparts.com successfully purchases a Quoted Order for less than Customer was able to find, Dala auto parts receives the benefit of that difference in price for the same item.
For Dalaautoparts.com to recognize an Order means that a request has been received; however, it does not mean that the request has been accepted or dispatched, or that the product’s price or availability has been confirmed. Dalaautoparts.com makes a reasonable effort to accurately describe and display products and services on our Website or publish a Quote to the buyer. Despite our best efforts, market conditions beyond Dala auto parts control include erroneous supplier pricing and descriptions, out-of-stock or back-ordered merchandise, delays updating websites, product feeds, special offers, promotions and advertisements from other websites, or inclusive human data entry errors. Therefore, we cannot guarantee, nor do we guarantee, the accuracy or integrity of this information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability and services. Dala auto parts reserves the right to change or update information and correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time, without prior notice. Dala auto parts will communicate with the buyer about such a change and generate a new quote with the updated information. It is up to the buyer to accept it, pay the difference if any to continue with the purchase, or cancel the order. We apologise for any inconvenience; while we are to provide the best customer experience we are at the mercy of the above-stated, but not limited to, unforeseen scenarios.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
COUPONS AND PROMOTIONS
From time to time Dala auto parts may offer coupons and promotions. Each coupon or promotion may have additional terms and conditions specific to that coupon or promotion. Coupons may only be used during the corresponding promotional period (“Promotional Period”) and applied only to products found in Dalaautoparts.com or through the Quoting resource, except for products restricted by local authorities that require a special Customs clearance permit. Promotions are valid only in combination with the payment methods available in your country.
Customers may only take advantage of coupons or promotions through one account. Multiple uses of single coupons or promotions by a Customer, either through duplication of Orders or Accounts, will be cancelled immediately. Coupons and promotions may not be applied with other promotional credits or coupons; coupons are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and non-exchangeable for cash or goods or services, and will be only applied to one Account on behalf of the Customer.
Dala auto parts may immediately suspend any coupon/promotion, without incurring any liability, there are fraudulent actions detected. Fraud includes but is not limited to, alterations, substitutions, improper redemptions or any other irregularity that occur during the take place during Promotional Period.
If, by chance or force of nature, Dala auto parts temporarily or permanently suspend a coupon and/or promotion, Dala auto parts will only be responsible for adequately communicating the circumstances, and you the Customer or any other participants will be unable to claim any damage or detriment up to that point. You the Customer accept and acknowledge that Dala auto parts is not responsible and cannot be held liable for cancelled promotions or cancelled Orders resulting from fraudulent or illegal activities associated and agree by acceptance of these Terms and Conditions to hold Dala auto parts harmless.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, REPURCHASING & CLAIMS
Dala auto parts purchases are final.
Dala auto parts support and facilitates returns when the seller and shipping company offers such returns at their own expense, or when the buyer pays the return shipping.
Dala auto parts do not offer refunds for non-approval returns or refunds by the stores or shipping company.
Dala auto parts provide repurchasing service at the buyer’s own cost and previous payment to facilitate the quick resolution of any exception.
Dala auto parts accept Claims that are later passed on to the sellers or shipping company, but in any case, Dala auto parts are to be held responsible for such claims.
Dala auto parts protect transactions from loss, damage, and missing items, and cover up to USD$1,000.00 per claim or order, whichever is greater
Coverage of Dala auto parts.com Purchases
- Dala auto parts Protection covers purchases up to 24 hours from a signed delivery for delivered Orders at the Pick Up office.
- Dala auto parts Protection covers purchases up to 48 hours from a signed delivery for delivered Orders.
- Dala auto parts facilitate returns, refunds or repurchases as long as sellers approve such actions.
- Purchase refunds can be made either to the Dala auto parts Customer’s account or to the original Order’s credit card or payment platform.
- Regardless of whether the Order was delivered to the customer at a store or on a delivery route, Returns or Refunds can only be processed at the Dala auto parts selected drop-off agency, and the customer is responsible for returning the Order to that location.

- ala auto parts Protect can Repurchase Orders.
- All Repurchases are made via the Dala auto parts.com purchase method, and thus only apply to countries where Dala auto parts.com shopping is available.
- Repurchases must be items approved by the seller through its return-repurchase program, or the selected item paying customer defines.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION

TERMINATION OF SERVICES:
Dala auto parts reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, refuse acceptance of packages, or cancel orders at its sole discretion. If an account is suspected of fraudulent, unethical or illegal activity, either through stolen goods, stolen identities, credit cards, or any other illegal acts, including, but not limited to falsifying documentation, Dala auto parts will report the Customer and/or Account Holder to the corresponding authorities. Dala auto parts reserve the right to provide account information, user information, and packages to the Authorities, original Shipper, or another involved party at Dala auto parts’ sole discretion.
You may terminate a Dala auto parts Account by ceasing to use Dala auto parts Services at any time. The customer remains responsible for all pending charges, including abandoned packages, which must be paid immediately upon termination of service.
COPYRIGHT
All content, produced, published, included in or made available through Dala auto parts services, such as text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital download and data collection is the property of Dala auto parts or its content vendors and is protected by the law of the United States of America and by internal copyright laws.
TRADEMARKS
Graphics, logos, headers, button icons, scripts and service names included in or available through Dala auto parts services are trademarks or commercial images of Dala auto parts in the United States of America and other countries. Dala auto parts trademarks and brand images may not be used in connection with any product or service other than that of Dala auto parts, in such a way that confusion among customers may be caused, or that Dala auto parts be undervalued or discredited. All other commercial brands that do not belong to Dala auto parts, featured in Dala auto parts services, are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated, connected or sponsored by Dala auto parts.
LICENCES AND ACCESSES
Subject to the compliance with the Terms and Conditions herein and payment of applicable rates, Dala auto parts or its vendors of content grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sub licensable right to access and make personal, but not commercial, use of Dala Auto parts Services. This licence does not include or allow for any resale or commercial use of the Dala auto parts Service, its content, any collection or use of any lists of product descriptions and prices, any user derived from a service or its content, any download or copy of account information, for the benefit of another merchant; or the use of data mining, robots or similar programs used to compile information, extract data or reverse engineer any systems or processes.
All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms and Conditions are reserved and retained by Dala auto parts or its licensors, vendors, editors, rights holders and other content providers. No Dala auto parts Service, nor any part of Dala auto parts Services, may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold or exploited for any commercial purposes without expressed and written consent from Dala auto parts. You may not frame or use framing techniques to attach any brand, logo or any other information (including images, text, website design or form) without expressed and written consent from Dala auto parts. You may not use any meta tags or hidden text using the Dala auto parts name or commercial brands without expressed and written consent from Dala auto parts. You may not abuse Dala auto parts Services. You may use Dala auto parts Services only as permitted by law. Licences granted by Dala auto parts will be revoked if you do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
EXCLUSIONS OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Dala auto parts Services and all other information, content, material, products (including the Website and software) and other services included and/or made available to you through Dala Auto Parts Services, are offered “as is” and “as per availability” unless indicated otherwise in writing. Dala auto parts do not provide any representation or guarantee, expressly or implicitly, regarding the operation of Dala auto parts Services or the information, content materials, products (including the Website and software) or any other materials made available to you through Dala Auto parts Services, unless indicated otherwise in writing. You expressly accept that using Dala auto parts Services is your sole risk.
To the full extent permissible by applicable law, applicable law, Dala Auto Parts disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, Dala Auto Parts does not warrant that Dala Auto Parts Services, information content, materials, products (including software) or other services included on or otherwise made available to you through the Dala Auto Parts Services, Dala Auto Parts’s servers or electronic communications sent from Dala Auto Parts are free of viruses or other harmful components. Dala Auto Parts will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of any Amazon Service or from any information, content, materials, products (including software) or other services included on or otherwise made available to you through any Dala Auto Parts Services, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages unless otherwise specified in writing.
Certain countries’ laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you, and you might have additional rights.
